- Caitlin Cipriano is a Certified Perinatal Nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition. She helps moms support hormones, energy, and healing through food that actually works in real life.
Together, we bring personal experience (we're both moms of two!) and professional expertise to support you through every season of motherhood. No bounce-back culture here — just functional movement, mindful nourishment, and compassionate support.
