Meet your hosts: Megan Martineau and Caitlin Cipriano. Long-term friends and business besties who experienced motherhood simultaneously, which propelled their passion for helping other moms in their journeys.
Megan is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist. She is a mom of two and specializes in working with pregnant and postpartum moms dealing with pelvic pain, preparing for birth, and getting strong postpartum.
Caitlin has her Masters Degree in Nutrition and is a Certified Perinatal Nutritionist. She is also a mom of two and loves working with moms to help them tune into their bodies and create a better relationship with food for life.
Both Megan and Caitlin understand that pregnancy and postpartum is highly individual, and are passionate about helping moms find what works for them in this chaotic but beautiful season of life.
